Two Short Films From Juan Fernando Maguid

Don’t let the name fool you. Just like musician Jose Gonzalez, Maguid is actually a Swede who happens to boast a Spanish name thanks to a very diverse heritage. Unlike Gonzalez, however, Maguid is not a musician but an animator. And a very good one, too. You want proof? Well, he’s just passed along a pair of short films for your viewing pleasure. Titled Rupert the Dancing Demon and The Keeper the two have very different tones from one another but both showcase a very unique and distinctive style.
