The Blackheart Gang’s THE TALE OF HOW Officially One Of The Best Things Ever.

Really, it is. And it’s available to download in its entirety. As I understand it The Blackheart Gang are a group of five animators from the UK who collaborate on their work, each of them heading one specific department. Their latest effort, The Tale Of How is an operatic piece about seagulls besieged by giant octopus monsters. The world needs more giant octopus monsters.

Wow,
Amazing stuff, these guys have a brilliant and feverish imagination, coupled with the technical know-how to pull this off. Very impressive to say the least!
I wonder what they were smoking when they wrote and visualized that script though…

You are right that the Tale of How is one of the best things ever… but it is not created by 5 UK animators. They are from Cape Town: 1 artist (Ree), 1 animator (Jannes) and 1 musician (Marcus). The making of the Tale of How is on you tube. Check it out.
