This film suffers from bad material and the subsequent half-asleep interpretation of that material.
The material claims to be local for Filipinos, yet has it’s entire basis stamped in American X-Men territory and borrows the Evil Overlord in a cape used in some comicbook HK movies.
The acting is lacklustre and the effects are adequate but like the director, make no attempt to further the already wayward source material.
