Studio 4°C’s ‘Genius Party’ Trailers Appear.

Hiding away then, within the Official Site for the anthology film from Studio 4°C, the first three trailers - the first and second are pretty small, the third is about 50mb would you believe. Still downloading them myself, but it’s possible that there’s going to be a whole series of these in the run up to the July release of the film in Japan… for now, it looks like the first was issued a couple of weeks back and hadn’t been labelled effectively, so it was kind of buried in there. Waiting to watch these for a long time. [Source : Catsuka].

Well, there goes my hope of seeing this at IFFR 2008 (which will be in January).

This is the first indication I’ve seen that Genius Party is actually divided into two movies, with the first set of 7 shorts coming out this year, and the second set of 7 coming out who knows when.
