Spain Gets Weird.  And Fishy.

Now I do realize that reality doesn’t always line up exactly to what is in my mind but I swear that somewhere in Spain there must be a neighborhood filled with film directors who spend their days doing nothing but challenge one another to do something weirder than the last guy.  Cesar Velasco Broca is surely the king of this very odd place, with Javier Chillon a key henchman and the latest to throw down the gauntlet is Henrique Lague and his short film Fisheaded, a film Velasco Broca did the sound design work for.  It’s the inspirational story of a boy and a fish - I’m kidding, but only kind of - and you can find it in the Twitch Player below the break.

    Cool art at the end title sequence. I’m not so sure about the piece itself, but it moved fast and I wasn’t bored, which is a big step above most experimental stuff.
