King And The Clown
Poor poor Oliver. History unfortunately repeated itself this weekend when famed director Oliver Stone [Platoon, Natural Born Killers, JFK and Alexander] was arrested at a police checkpoint in Beverly Hills, California on Friday evening and hit with drug charges. He was released this morning after posting $15,000 bond. Authorities won’t reveal which substances Stone was on when arrested. Stone was arrested in 1999 under the same charges and was ordered into a rehabilitation program.
So all those times that Stone was saying that Alexander was really good and that audiences simply weren’t smart enough for it and we thought he was on the hard stuff? Turns out we may not have been all that wrong.

Yeah, Alexander was pretty good (flawed but full of moments of savagery, of “fulgurances"), so much better than Troy or Kingdom of heaven! Not a funny post, man, but your site is very very very very good!
