Oh my. ‘Tree Slime Tuesday’ puts flora to shame…

In the ‘It’s too funny not to post’ category, we received word from co-director, Guy Pearson, about his zero-budget comedy horror film, Tree Slime Tuesday: Its Bark is Worse than Its Bite!
Guy describes it as so… It’s the classic story of two hapless individuals battling a slimy tree with an attitude, what more could you ask for? Possibly the only film you’ll ever see where an infamous tree doctor is butt raped by a giant oak.
I worked in a plant nursery for years before/during college. It’s all clear to me now. The marigolds really were watching me… creepy.
Watch the trailer here. Zero budget is right. But that comment about being butt raped by a giant oak? Priceless.

Hmmm, brings back memories of a scene done in both EVIL DEAD I & II.
What about Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s Charisma, a film that has baffled me to this day…
Combine these and thes and Tree Slime Tuesday with the Guardian and you have an “Evil Tree” Film Festival!
