New HELLBOY O’Plenty …

With the release of Guillermo Del Toro’s Hellboy2 just a couple weeks away and the early reviews all positively glowing the PR machine is ramping up into high gear.  Want new stuff?  Right-o ... a brand new featurette, an animated comic-style intro and a third full trailer have all been added to the film’s official trailer site at Apple.  Yummy.

    Thanks for all the tasty extras, Todd!  This is possibly my most anticipated film of the summer.  I’m a huge del Toro fan.  And just a couple of days ago I had a killer hour-long interview with Doug Jones arranged through my editor at movieScope.  Whatever spillover exceeds my word count will definitely wind its way here.

    The third trailer didn’t exactly blow me away. It didn’t help that it looked horrible with all that interlacing.

    I know that the marketing dept. for this film has been REALLY busy,

    the rumors of hellboy coming out of manhole in various cities seems to be somewhat true.

    I took some pictures outside of the FoggyBottom Metro Station in D.C. and know that there are a couple of hellboys lurking in Chinatown too.
