MIRAGEMAN: Kicking Delinquency In The Face, In STYLE

Let’s face it.  If you’re going to kick delinquency in the face - as Chilean superhero Mirageman promises to do in one of the best tag lines ever - you’ve gotta look good doing it.  And the artwork Marko Zaror and co have been using for their sophomore film up to now just had a wee bit too much of that homemade photoshop look to it to really work when the film hits screens and so they’ve gone and gotten a bit of an upgrade.  That’s the brand new poster art to the left and I’ve got to say I love the riff on Spider-Man, a deliberate jab that runs throughout the entire film.  While the US release date hasn’t been announced yet Magnet Releasing have said it’ll happen in 2008 so we won’t have to wait too far past the Chilean release date of January 24th.  The lady friend and I are actually going to be heading to Santiago for that - Toronto in January versus Chile in January, it’s not a tough choice - so we’ll try and dig up more details while we’re there.
