Miike’s YATTERMAN Comes To Life!

Or, at least his website does.  After months of existing as nothing but a holding page the website for Takashi Miike’s big budget anime adaptation Yatterman has gone live.  There’s still much much there in the way of content but things are brewing and that’s a good thing ...

And is it just me or does that logo look remarkably like a pair of under pants?

    Those aren’t just underpants. They’re STEEL underpants, and everyone wants a pair of those. I used to have a pair just like ‘em, but I inadvertently put them in the washer, and they shrunk.

    These are the mecha-underpants from ‘Full Metal Yakuza’ which - of course - were based on Stephen Chow’s in ‘the Sixty Million Dollar Man’ and are rumored to be slated for a brief cameo in ‘God’s Puzzle’

    The tightest of the whites… Or in this case the steel… or, ah hell, who knows? All I know is that I’d hate to get a wedgie wearing a pair these. Or worse… the “dreaded rear admiral”. smile
