The Incredibles
Vinnie Jones as a terrifying brutal serial killer? Perish the thought!
We’ve mentioned this title in the past and for good reason: it’s an adaptation of one of Clive Barker’s very bloody short stories. Clive himself is listed as one of the producers, concept art looks suitably gruesome and Ryuhei Kitamura (of “Versus” fame) is the director.
The story concerns photographer Leon, played by Bradley Cooper, who is looking for increasingly more ‘gritty’ material. Leon thinks he’s found the perfect subject and starts to follow serial killer Mahogany (yep, Vinnie Jones) who stalks and butchers lone passengers on the noctornal rides of the London Subway.
Which would be creepy enough in itself, but when Leon discovers the horrific truth behind Mahogany’s actions things get really bizarre…
Ryuhei Kitamura can be hit-or-miss (and sometimes both at the same time) but he knows his gore and can deliver on flashy visuals. It’ll be interesting to see how he’ll handle the rather ‘normal’ first half the movie would have if they follow the story.
Anyway: we have a new poster and still, both featuring Vinnie and these can be found in the gallery!
Midnight Meat Train is scheduled for a May 16th wide US release.

That still isn’t new, but I’m dying for a larger version to use as a desktop image.
