Well to no ones surprise, “I am Legend” took the top of the box office this weekend with over 900 thousand tickets sold.
What has been the surprise is the US film “August Rush” I know that CJ Entertainment put up some $ for the film to get made and the film is being released here in Korea under the CJ Entertainment. I have no idea how the film has sold over 1 million tickets.
Lust Caution is still doing very well here in Korea. I hope that it get remembered in a few months during Oscar time in the USA.
The Grand Chef looks like it will break the 3 million ticket sold mark. Once again I hated it, my students loved it.(Go Figure)
Next week “The Golden Compass” opens here in Korea. So far I have heard of no protest for this film here.
