Fulci’s City of the Living Dead Coming To Toronto!

Okay all you Toronto folk, this is far too sweet to miss ... I’ll let them speak for themselves:

Vagrancy Films will be returning to the GTA as we present “GRINDHOUSE AT THE GRINDHOUSE”. Toronto
Ontario is the home of a rare and original piece of cinema history aka THE METRO theatre. For the most part this three screen facility has been used to play nothing but ADULT FEATURES but the fur and floppies will take a side line for one night and one night only, as Vagrancy has a huge surprise in store for the projector beam.

Fans of grueling and shocking horror will be pleased as punch to learn that we will screen no other than Lucio Fulci’s CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD. CITY was released in USA Grindhouse’s back in the 1980s under the title THE GATES OF HELL, but this print is the PURE UNCUT, EUROPEAN English cut under the original title.

It should also be noted that this is in fact an authentic 35MM print......very lethal so viewer discretion is highly advised.

Of course no Vagrancy Films event would be complete without one of our world famous trailer reels and we
already have some doozies picked out for the Toronto market.

As most of you are already aware the Labor Day Weekend already jam packed with horror related events so out
of respect to the promoters of those functions we will play our film after close of the convention and end the show in time for the costume ball.
