We’re still waiting for a proper trailer to Albert Arizza’s Spanish serial killer film Ramirez but while that has not yet arrived the fine lads at Quiet Earth have spotted the first two minutes of the film online and if this is any indication of what is to come then it’s safe to say that this will be one beautifully photographed, surprisingly nuanced bit of work ...

Ramírez is an attractive lonesome 27-year old that leads a creepy double life. He is believed to be an artistic photographer. At night he slowly turns into a cold-blooded serial killer. Although a love affair with María would be his only salvation…Despite being a complete perfectionist, Ramírez will one day make a mistake .…

The official MySpace page for the Sitges film festival (http://www.myspace.com/sitgesfilmfestival) has “Ramirez” down as a friend of the site and there’s a short trailer for the film there. We’ll be seeing the film Sunday afternoon at the Sitges film festival so will get back with our thoughts/comments. Alternatively, we’ll be running a daily Blog from the festival with comments on what and who we’ve seen so pop over and visit at Corridorstylefilms.com
