After a somewhat disappointing Issue 12, the fine UK online magazine on Asian Cinema, Firecracker, is back with an interesting collection of interviews and reviews, as well as at 2005 best of list (1. Mountain Patrol; 2. Kung Fu Hustle; 3. 2046) and a short piece on the 2005 London Film Festival. There are interviews with Duelist director Lee Myung-Se and actor Giorgio Pasotti (Italian martial artist who appears in quite a few HK flicks, from Treasure Hunt to Drunken Master III). Also reviews of Crying Fist, The Hidden Blade, Steamboy, Memento Mori, Hold Up Down, The Little Norse Prince (1968), and the proverbial much more.
