I am so excited! I used to hold the record for Dolemite trivia on a big Dolemite fan page. I LOVE DOLEMITE!! Even the crappy movies RRM was making in the 70’s have their charm. Here’s another excuse to revisit my Dolemite Box Set

Whew. Incredible, actually. How old is Rudy Ray Moore? I thought he was ancient when the series was filmed way back when. I really like the ‘kung fu girls’ and the for-crappy choreography. Damn, what is better than this (other than 79cent a gallon gas.)

He is 69 years old. He was in his mid thirties when he did the Dolemite movies.

It has to be better than the unwatchable SHAOLIN DOLEMITE. That piece of shit is on YouTube if you dare. This looks tolerable by modern Dolemite standards, which are not particularly high… I wasn’t expecting it to be 16:9.
I’d never actually for anything from Xenon, though. Longtime Hong Kong movie fans know how this company made their money. Google’s archives of newsgroups like alt.asian-movies make for interesting reading.
