Carl Zhang’s LOVERS Hits The Festival Trail

It’s very short notice, I know, but we can’t very well let a film we’ve talked about as much as we have Carl Zhang’s Lovers hit screens without commenting on it at least a little bit, now can we?  A little independent drama shot by a man with a simply stunning eye, lovers won us over way back in the early stages of it’s production when we caught a look at the very first released footage and now audiences are going to get their chance to see the completed film at three festivals.  And they are:  The Austin Asian Film Festival (October 11th), The World Film Festival in Brazil (October 12th, 15th) and The San Diego Asian Film Festival (October 14th).  And to commemorate this grand occassion Zhang has cut new versions of his trailers which you can find at his website linked below.
