A Colt is My Passport
I’ve never been a Star Wars collector. As much as I loved the original films I guess I just missed the boat by a couple of years when it came to that sort of play. And make no mistake. Those were the days when you actually played with your toys. Anybody who kept them in the box was a dope. Of course by now they’d be a reasonably well off dope but they were never true believers. We know our memories are worth more than that. You couldn’t just walk down the street or cruise the Internet to find your hero or monster or machine in the pose of your choice. You had to take what you got and let your imagination do the rest. These days we get to have our figures and play with them too. The only question is which license holder gets our money.
