Title says it all, really.  We’ve linked to work by independent film maker Ayz Waraich in the past and he’s back with a new short titled White Red Panic.  And it looks flat out gorgeous.  Really.  We’ve got the trailer embedded below the break and it’ll be thirty of the best looking seconds you have today.

Looks like any number of student films you’d see at just about any film school with students whose daddies are rich enough to pay for them to make slick-looking, expensive shorts.

Watch the whole thing and judge it on all its merits.  Only 9 minutes long.

Definitely understands the tech side of things.  From the comments its looks like it was shot on Canon’s HV20, which is a low-priced consumer HDV camcorder.  FWIW.

Hey—Ayz Waraich here. Unfortunately I don’t have a rich daddy and never went to film school, but I’ll definitely take that “slick-looking, expensive short” comment, since the film was shot for a few hundred bucks on an HV20.

The FULL FILM is also available in Quicktime HD and SD at http://www.dimeworth.com. Maybe the Twitch guys can amend the story or add these links on to it. Either way, thanks for the mention. You guys rock.
