Evidently the master himself is still working on Mother of Tears: The Third Mother the last film in his trilogy that started with the legendary Susperia. Thus the possibility of an interview seems dim. But we will try our best.

Wait, what do you mean he’s still working on “Mother of Tears?” I saw that weeks ago. What’s the deal here?
And why bother with this box if both of the “classic” Argento titles are available serparately? I thought “Card Player” and “Do You Like Hitchcock” were supposed to be for diehards only and for fans of his nubile lil daughter. Speaking of her, she’s terrif in “Boarding Gate” but snores through “Mother of Tears” because the material she’s working with is...um....shit. The scariest scene by far has to be when Dario is filming his darling daughter bare chested in a shower scene. YIKES!

Bah, nobody needs THE CARD PLAYER...they didn’t have anything better to stuff in there instead?

Meh, since Anchor Bay has lost the rights to his best films this seems not that interesting. Especially since this won’t be released on Blu.

Hmmmm. as to Argento having finished his new project I must confess I didn’t iknow much about it- only what the rep for Anchor bay mentioned when he responded to my query re: intwerview availability. maybe they are shooting some additional stuff or working on a future DVD release.

Might be a possibility because the film got slammed hard by the reviewers.

all very well....but a proper DVD of FOUR FLIES ON GREY VELVET is what’s really needed
