Rogue Pictures Presents THE UNBORN Now Playing

The DVD release of Apitchatpong Weerasethakul’s Syndromes and a Century was announced here on Twitch last November and that release has now come, January 15th is the day. In the same week, between the 17th and 20th, there will be special screenings of his last two feature films, and a collection of his shorts at the Anthology Film Archives in New York City. The shorts program will include his segment Luminous People from the film o Estado do Mundo (State of the World). Weerasethakul himself will be present at the screenings on Friday 18th.

Don’t forget us up here in Boston. The Harvard Film Archive in Cambridge is running the series with Apichatpong Weerasethakul in person as well from Jan 19 - Jan 25. Also take a look at the schedule as there are a lot of upcoming series with the directors present (Olivier Assayas, Arthur Penn,José Luis Guerín, etc).
