A Trailer For Aron Gauder’s THE DISTRICT!

While posting about our DVD giveaway for the new Atopia release of Aron Gauder’s Hungarian animated feature The District yesterday I went on a quest for a trailer to show those unfamiliar with the film just what they were missing.  I found one, but it was on YouTube and YouTube, frankly, tends to make things look like ass which is a shame with a film that looks and sounds as good as this one.  And so rather than linking to that trailer I dropped a note to the good folks at Atopia who promptly responded with a high res version which you’ll now find in the Twithc Video Player below the break.  Hungarian hip hop musical, sci fi, political satire spin on Romeo and Juliet with a major case of potty mouth?  Damn straight.
