A New Trailer For Igor Shavlak & Pavel Ruminov’s TRACKMAN

My thanks to Vlad for pointing the way to a new theatrical trailer for Igor Shavlak and Pavel Ruminov’s Trackman. We’ve been following this film for a while - since it was Shavlak’s sole domain, before Ruminov was brought in to do reshoots - and, honestly, I expect it to be a bit of a mess considering just how much of it Ruminov ended up re-doing when producers weren’t happy with Shavlak’s work. This new trailer is the first to integrate footage from the two directors and while it isn’t difficult at all to tell who shot what - which does not bode well for the film hanging together well - I like this trailer a lot better than earlier versions. If nothing else it represents the tone of the piece better - Ruminov describes what he did as an attempt to make a Bava film - and is a whole lot bloodier. A definite red-bander if it were released here.
