wow, that was some creative copy-pasting from the Belgian video publisher! grin

I hope the film is the original one and not one with scenes from other movies LOL

is the belgian print of “blue eyes” in english w/ french and dutch subs…?

I think it will only be dutch subs , but I can be wrong Pector ?
Until now VFP & VDS (bdm) and some Excelcior tapes having Dutch/ French subs.

a few old scans

Haven’t seen the film yet (owned the tape at least 6 years now and it’s still on my ‘to see’ pile along with literally hundreds of other movies grin) but I will check for you tonight. Like Dan says it probably will be an English dub with Dutch subs only.

car napping ..IDI,..that’s a belgium print, english w/ dutch and french subs, i have mark of the devil part 2(hexen) from belgium on that label..one of my rarest tapes and probably one of the rarest worldwide….the basf label underneath is quite common w/ distributors worldwide, many times the releasing company would just put there label over the tape stock label…..

electric video = also utilized dutch and french subs which is evident in thier hell of the living dead release

IDI also released truckstop women in holland , but i think only utilized dutch subs

IDI seems to have had distribution in both holland and belgium ....and subs varied depending in which region it was distributed in…

Is this the one? I have it too! turns out my collection is a lot better then I thought grin
hexen_small.jpg
any idea on it’s worth or do you not want to tell how much you paid for it? grin

I did a quick check on the broken doll tape: English language, French and Dutch subs. there you go.
(the tape makes a strange noise when fast-forwarding, it’s showing it’s age, but other than that it looks perfect… I remember when people used to say the image of a VHS tape would disintegrate after ten years or so…)

the HEXEN tape is worth alot, i paid only like 50 dollars + 2 other tapes , but i got a deal and a half, the tape is super rare and is the only UNCUT english language version world wide

here’s the breakdown….there were only 2 uncut releases

HOLLAND - ARPA label - german language , dutch subs LBX onscreen title : Hexen geschändet und zu Tode gequält

BELGIUM  - IDI label - english language, french and dutch subs FF onscreen title : the witches

GRRRRR , I trade the tape for my Love Letters first release with a black & white copie. But that’s a Vestron, I think I was better of selling it on Ebay confused rolleyes

so if someone has this one in Colour You can make someone happy wink

That is a great cover indeed! (both versions grin)
A better translation of the Dutch title, because it preserves the wordplay, would be ‘A Killer Birthday’
