In my opinion I made this one difficult for a change. May be wrong though…
1: I have no clue who Zombeaner’s cyclist in chains is, although I suspect he is either French or German.
2: Something tells me I’ve seen guitarbrother’s animal-amuck movie. Which one, though?
3: BtoFu’s “gangster high” clue is too blatant to be ignored, but no-one on the internet seems to be interested in posting details of the OTHER actress in the movie, or have misspelled her name in an incredible way.
But my closest guess at the movie is Kim Eun-tae’s “Aien” (English titles: “Lover”, “The Intimate”).
