Pole Position - seems to imply the family members are dying as their cars crash. Amazing.
Centipede - this has made the rounds before, but still - how does this sell video games?
Asimo!
Remember the arcade shooters of old? The vertical scrollers like Xevious?
This guy plays Ikaruga, a brilliant modern vertical scroller (and currently, like, the ONLY one), and he plays the last level on the most difficult setting.
But what’s really unfathomable is that he plays both players at the same time, each hand using one controller.
Now in Ikaruga you can change your ship from black to white.
If your ship is white, black bullets can kill you but you’re invulnerable to white bullets.
If your ship is black, white bullets can kill you but you’re invulnerable to black bullets.
He plays whole stretches with one ship white and one ship black, meaning he has different patterns for each ship.
That’s.... an awesome display of skill.
I thought I was good, but I was never THIS good. Here he is in action:
Meh. Barely even a teaser, more like a sound-byte.
I personally think any further Batman flicks are a waste of time, and that the last one was exceptionally over-rated. Was it better than Daredevil or GhostRider, sure it was miles above those, but wasteful of Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman and Ken Watanabe; Liam Neeson in a role he is in FAR too much, and Katie Holmes just sitting up there on screen - soulless and useless. The movie had pacing issues and too many characters and lastly, I do not think that Bale is right for the role either. Yep, I’m not a fan.
Heh. I heart Super Fuzz. I think that film has been in the back corners of my memory for decades (my early VHS days). Totally forgot about it until now.
