Two new ones I’m fond of as both play with the logo placement:

Machine Girl

Splice

Had to chicken out a bit on the splice one to avoid NSFW, so I pasted the logo in and voila! The original is rather racy, and in far higher resolution…

Nice ones Ardvark! Does that Splice masthead constitute the first Twitch-edited masthead. It’s bloody great!

Oh, and there are a few mastheads Kurt requested that I posted back on page 3 which you may have missed.

It’s the first masthead with the logo IN it.
With the main site being SFW we aim for everything there to be not too much above what would be rated as PG13.

The original is a striking image:
splice.JPG ...but does show frontal nudity. At first I blurred things a bit for those poor innocent souls stumbling upon it in the gallery (who would get to see her without the covering logo), but it looked silly.

Putting in the logo worked much better!

Didn’t miss them but I assumed Kurt would put those up, them being his requests and all.
I’ll see if I have time later today (am currently at my job, and my boss ‘condones’ Twitch but doesn’t allow it interfering with my paid work).

Needless to say I’m ALONE in the office when I cut-and-paste pictures like the one above!  wink

That’s so freaky…yet beautiful in a strange way. Is it production art from the 2009 Natali flick?

It is, designed by Stan Winston.

We posted an article on these pics (search for “splice” on the main page and you should get it), but this specific one I got through AICN who copied a festival flyer page by page.
I pasted two pages together and got the image above. Another one shows the creature standing, seen from the front, with leathery batwings extending. But that one is so nude that this trickery won’t work.

then again…
wait, I’ll try something this evening.

EDIT: we now have a splice gallery with both of these pics in it.

Made another logo-covered one for splice. Tried and it worked!

OK,

All mastheads should be up now, including Kurt’s requests, “Eli Eli, Lema Sahachthani?”, Jean Claude and the recent classics.

Which gives us over 600 mastheads in total!  cheese

Cheers.

Cars and closeups…can’t be that! Henry Fonda’s eyes in the last one are as magnificent as ever.
