Err, yes please?

Word has just broken that Letterman writer Tom Ruprecht and Hold Steady front man Craig Finn are preparing a film adaptation of Chuck Klosterman's memoir Fargo Rock City.  And while I had no idea Finn had film aspirations, I've got to say he's a perfect option to be doing this.  Not only is Finn a fantastic writer but as anyone who listens to The Hold Steady can tell you, his writing is dominated by coming of age in a rock and roll world themes as it is, so he's definitely used to working in this particular playground. Now I've just gotta wait for the lady-friend to go out so I can play some of their records really loud ... she haaaaaaaaaates them ...
