The great thing about the Haunted Histories collection is the way they feed that spooky little itch and hunger for history at the same time. These short hour long docs make for lively party conversation and novel double features with the right movie. Volume three is made up of five discs each devoted to a different spooky subject. Vampire Secrets, Salem Witch Trials, Poltergeists, Hauntings and my personal favorite, The Haunted History of Halloween. Some of this stuff can be a little unsettling especially the stuff that touches on demonic possession or eyewitness accounts of the paranormal. If you've had a bad history with that kind of stuff you may want to steer clear. But for those who decide to give it a go this can be had supercheap- under $15!
