Short, nasty and straight to the point, a new TV spot has just arrived for Yam Laranas' upcoming Filipino creature feature Patient X.  No subtitles on this one, unfortunately, but who needs them really.  Mostly people are just saying "Ah!  This aswang is going to eat my liver!  Argh!"
