Yes, kids, the time where we settle for behind the scenes video from the upcoming Banlieue 13: Ultimatum - the sequel to international hit action flick Banlieue 13, released on these shores as District B13 - is over. The first proper teaser has arrived and it is just over a minute of non-stop action. Do I have the first damn clue what this film is actually about? Nope. But after seeing Cyril Raffaelli and David Belle back in action, to say nothing of the girl with the knife-hair, I really couldn't care less. You'll find it below the break.
They used the same 1-13 art card counting effect that was used in the new Friday the 13th Trailer. Looks awesome, otherwise.

It looks like the government is trying to blow up Banlieue 13 "real good" again but the filmmakers scaled everything up. I am looking forward to this.

Loved the first one. Hopefully this one will surpass it. Belle and Raffaeli have genuine action skills and they deserve a bigger, sexier showcase.

The brief clip of Cyril defending himself with a painting is pure Jackie Chantastic magic. Story looks a cheap around the edges, but it don't matter....this is the only action worth watching out there besides anything with Tony Jaa.
