Pascal Laugier's Martyrs has been making waves, creating buzz and dividing audience since it's very first market screening in Cannes. In short order it has become by far the most talked about and debated horror film of the year with everybody who has seen it having strong opinions in one direction or the other. But most have not yet had the chance to see it. That is about to change however, with audiences here in North America getting their first crack when it premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival. But before it arrives here in Toronto the film is screening as part of the Film Four Fightfest in London.
