Now that's just mean.

One of the things that I do in the course of tracking things here at Twitch is maintain a directory of film websites that I'm actively tracking, a list of bookmarks that I go to at least three or four times a week waiting for new material to turn up. The list always changes but I tend to have about forty things in there at any given time. And in there right now is the website for Takashi Miike's sequel to his hugely successful - and really bloody good - Crows Zero. So I visited the site today. And I thought, "Hurray! There's a trailer link!" And then I downloaded the trailer. Grr. Somehow it all seemed very familiar. Well, dummy, it should seem familiar considering they don't even start shooting this new film until next month! As Kevin points out over at Nippon Cinema, this Crows Zero Two teaser is actually nothing other than re-edited footage from the original Crows Zero. Grr. Give me some new stuff.
