Oh, this makes me happy. It hasn't even opened in France yet but Vincent Cassel starring bio-pic of notorious French gangster Jacques Mesrine - a two part affair with such cheery titles as Death Instinct and public Enemy Number One - have found a North American home with Senator Entertainment. Mesrine lived a jet setting life of brutal crime that spanned continents in his peak and these films have become some of the more anticipated French titles of the past few years but with distributors of foreign and arthouse films dropping like flies in the US their arrival here was much less than certain.
