Police thrillers PTU and Mad Detective will both be released on Blu Ray July 15th, both include English subtitles and both with be region free, meaning they can be played anywhere. Here's hoping Election and Exiled aren't far behind ...
Ouch. Sucks for Eureka with their Masters of Cinema release in October. Although on second thought, Blu-rays are pretty expensive in Hong Kong, so maybe theirs is cheaper.
no fear for MOC, they will release the superior package I'm going for.
HK dvd maybe will have a nicer keepcase but I suspect MOC's transfer will be superior.
I would love to see the other Milkyway Classics receive the BR-treatment.
