Heads up! If you're itchy to pick up Jet Li / Jackie Chan starring action fantasy The Forbidden Kingdom on DVD and you don't want to wait for the eventual North American release it looks as though you don't have to: the Hong Kong edition of the film is due to release June 13th. So there you go.
yeah, the bad news is that so far it's only being listed as having a Cantonese dubbed track, no original English track. hopefully that's just a mistake, although 3 retailers (Yesasia, DDDhouse, HKflix) all carry the same info. I will email Joy Sales for confirmation.
It`s a typo. It will have the English version also.
that's what I would hope for, but are you positive about that? Joy Sales' website also lists it as being Cantonese DTS and Cantonese 5.1 only as well. I'm still waiting to hear back from them on it...
