There have been rumblings about dissent on the set of Mathieu Kassovitz's upcoming sci-fi picture Babylon AD but there's no denying the early teasers look good. Vin Diesel and Michelle Yeoh star in the sci fi action flick and a second teaser has just arrived. You'll find both teasers below the break in the Twitch Player.
This down and dirty dystoian actioner is very welcome in my world. Not sure what I think about the Matrix-style action in the second trailer yet but I'm certainly looking forward to a viewing.
Also, some of my favorite films have emerged from tumultuous productions (Like every Terry Gilliam film for example) so I'm not sure that behind the scenes issues will for sure be a detriment to the finished product.
I love all the talent in front and behind the camera (am I alone in thinking Crimson Rivers was a good movie?) - I just hope it all gels together. Anything with Michelle Yeoh in it is going to be worth a look regardless (yes, even The Touch).
Slow motion crossfire = very cool.
And Mike, I loved Crimson Rivers as well!
