It's been a good long while since Boxing Helena but Jennifer Lynch - daughter of David - has returned to the director's chair for Surveillance, a thriller starring Bill Pullman. While David is in the producer's chair for this one his influence appears to be minimal, this is Jennifer's show all the way through and it looks as though she's put together a solid little murder mystery. Magnolia Pictures have picked this up for North American release and while they haven't put a date on it yet it is poised for release in Europe and the first trailer has appeared online.
