It is in Spanish only and features fairly grotty video quality for the time being but the first trailer for David Fincher's upcoming The Curious Case of Benjamin Button has arrived. Adapted from an F. Scott Fitzgerald story about a man who ages in reverse - i.e. Button starts life as an old man and becomes younger throughout his life until he finally simply disappears - the film features a stellar cast including Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton, Jason Flemyng, Elias Koteas and a whole bunch more. Fincher's a technical wizard in my book sand I can't wait to see what he does with this ... You'll find the trailer in the Twitch Player below the break.

They showed a trailer for this ahead of Indy this afternoon. Looks like it has some potential but it looks like they're really playing up the dramatic aspect of this rather than the fantastic - but I haven't read the story either.
i thought they were playing up the fantastic edge rather than the drama, with there being minimal dialog and enticing cinematography, the trailer was bare bones
it gave the synopsis in one sentence, displayed enchanting imagery then close, no actor or director credits, just title and release date, simple and sublime. and i believe the song in the trailer is Aquarium - The Carnical of the Animals
So was he born as a fully grown old man? Giving birth must have been painful.
it's the same music as Terrence Malick's Days of Heaven.
Looks good. :)
Yes, "Carnival of the Animals" is heart-breaking and magical music, indeed.
