While they're still playing coy with details on Lars Von Trier's much anticipated - by me, anyway - return to the horror genre the details slowly trickle out about his upcoming film Antichrist. The latest? This note in Variety confirming that the director will be shooting the film in Germany over the summer - the first time that he has shot an entire feature there, after shooting parts of Epidemic on location in Germany's north - and that he will indeed be using a script co-written with the prolific Anders Thomas Jensen, a film maker who Von Trier has been publicly critical of in the past. The only plot details released so far are that the film centers on a couple retreating off into the seclusion of the woods to deal with the death of their child and I'm told that the cast will be publicly released in Cannes.
