Yahoo! Movies has debuted the first trailer for Batman: Gotham Knight, a direct-to-DVD anthology that bridge the gap between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. The animation quality looks stunning and it comes as no surprise when there is Studio 4°C, Production I.G, and Madhouse involve with the production. If you ask me, Batman has never look this good in animated form. Out of the six interlocking stories, the segment that I'm most eager to watching is when Batman takes on Deadshot which is directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri (Ninja Scroll).
Batman: Gotham Knight will hit stores on July 8th or you can catch a premiere screening at Wizard World Chicago on June 28th.

"SIX ACCLAIMED DIRECTORS!"... not so acclaimed that we need to identify them for you, but trust us, they're acclaimed, so shut up and just buy it like you're supposed to.
Does look good, though, and the trailer is about a thousand times better than what they crapped out for the APPLESEED sequel.
