Nic Balthazar's Ben X has been a huge success all around the globe, scoring major box office success in its home country of Belgium as well as major critical notice and stacks of awards on teh festival circuit. It's coming to screens here in Canada very soon and the local distributors, Equinoxe Films, have offered a tasty treat to all of you local Twitch readers. First up, I've got ten double passes for a screening of the film at the Cumberland Theater on April 16th to give away. Which is nice, certainly, but even better is that every one who wins one of those passes will also win a free copy of Archlord, a video game that is featured prominently in the film.

Ben is different.

His life is a universe to itself, where he plays his favourite online computer game Archlord avidly, trying hard to train himself for the real world he lives in. The harsh world of a technical school is for him a daily kind of hell. As the horror of being a daily subject to bullying grows, Ben devises a plan. Then Scarlite comes into his life, the girl he has met in his on-line game. That wasn't part of the plan...
