The Visitor posted news about the upcoming Pang Brothers - directed sequel to hit Hong Kong martial arts fantasy film The Storm Riders a couple days back and today we've got a trio of concept art images for the film. The original stars of the film - Ekin Cheng and Aaron Kwok - are returning for the sequel to do battle with Simon Yam and a full digital-backlot production and we've got the concept drawings for the duo as a team along with both Cloud and Wind solo. The costume designs on Cloud and Wind looks awesome. I wonder if the sword will actually be that large in the movie. It's been ten years since the last Storm Rider and so much has advance interms of CG effects. I'm sure the Pang Bros and Fat Face production will pull out all the stops to deliver a visually stunning popcorn fest.
Yeah, Fat Face's work on Recycle was top notch. Some of th best looking CGI I have ever seen in an Asian film..... period
