Yes, I've said it several times already but the more I see from it the more impressed I am by the look and feel of Olivier Marchal's upcoming cop thriller MR 73. While Marchal has received mixed responses to his earlier work the trailers and scenes from this film have it looking like it could easily have sprung from the mind - and camera - of Michael Mann, with Daniel Auteuil looking absolutely perfect as the film's weathered anti hero.
