We first wrote about feature length Finnish Star Trek fan film Star Wreck: In The Pirkinning ages ago and this thing just keeps on proving itself to be the little film that could and must surely stand as one of the most successful fan creations made to date. The feature version was released online - in Finnish and English - in 2005 and has since been downloaded more than five million times. Which is pretty damn impressive and you'd think would be the end of it. I mean, once something's gone out that many times for free who would want to spend money on it, right? Well, apparently the Japanese would. Star Wreck has just been given a DVD release in Japan with a full Japanese dub included and so I now present to you clips from the first ever Finnish home made sci-fi film dubbed in Japanese.
