Oh, my. Director Miguel Bardem is a big favorite in these parts for his work on Incautos and The Ugliest Woman in the World and so we were more than a little intrigued when it was announced that he would be taking the helm of the second Mortadelo and Filemon film. Based on a series of cult comics the films revolve around a pair of crude, incompetent international spies who live in a bizarre world driven by Tex Avery cartoon physics. It's obvious Bardem knows he may never see a budget like what he was given on this one again so he's going for it and going hard and this new trailer got the Road Runner fan part of me laughing out loud. Watch for the hammer gag, it's priceless.
