Oh, this makes Todd a happy boy. The Cinema 16 collection of international short films arrived on DVD in the UK a while back and I snapped it up in a heartbeat, lusting mightily after a number of the shorts included on it and the disc was worth every penny. Well, it's taken a while but the set is finally arriving on North American shores September 25th, along with a companion release of US shorts, and we've got five copies of each to give away. There are some differences between the UK and US releases - Chris Morris' My Wrongs is omitted on this set, presumably for rights issues - but the new additions are stunning in their own right. Trust me: Run Wrake's Rabbit, which was not included on the UK set but is on this, makes this release immediately worth the cost of purchasing it. Oh, hell yeah. Other involved directors include Lars Von Trier, Anders Thomas Jensen, Andrea Arnold, Jan Svankmajer, Christopher Nolan and many, many more.
Want copies of both US Cinema 16 releases to call your own? Simple enough. Just tell me this: if you were to put five US and five European short film directors in a room together for a knock down, drag out fight, who would you choose, who would win, and why? {encode="contests@twitchfilm.net" title="Send your answers here"} by September 25th.

I'm going to assume that this isn't open to non-US readers...
