The international listings for this one appeared a little while back and while it took a few days for the US version to appear online - it's being released in the US by Tai Seng simultaneous to the Hong Kong release - it is now listed and available to order. I caught this one at the Hong Kong Filmart and it was one of the best pieces of film I saw that week. Directed by Johnnie To's regular script writer it features a cast loaded with To regulars in a tight, edgy cop thriller that pits Simon Yam - as the head of a surveillance unit - up against (Big) Tony Leung - as the head of a highly organized gang of thieves. With casting like that you can't go too far wrong and director Yau Nai-Hoi doesn't. This is one of the better Hong Kong efforts of recent years.
