Why do I love my lady friend? Because she sends me things like this.

I have no idea what it is or why it was made but apparently it has some of the Trailer Park Boys lads involved.

Watch the marvel that is Hobo With A Shotgun now!

He he. Looks like good clean fun to me. One of the first shot on video flicks I'd actually like to see.

Awesome! It's one of the trailers submitted for South by Southwest's "Make Your Own Grindhouse Trailer" competition. Ain't It Coool posted a ton of links on Tuesday:

This was actually made as a submission for a contest that was running where Tarantino and Rodriguez would personally hand pick their favorite fan made Grindhouse trailers to be shown at their panel at this year's SXSW. AICN has collected a bunch of them and you can check 'em out at http://www.aintitcool.com/node/31581

They're hit and miss but there are some truly inspired pieces to found in the bunch.

Jason Eisener,

If Tarantino and Rodriguez decide to put this somewhere in the Grindhouse flick itself, how drunk are you gonna get?

Awesome trailer and a really really awesome title.

It'd be awesome if they actually put it in (between) their movie(s) but I'm afraid you've got to be a "name director" like...umm... Eli Roth and Rob Zombie to get that. Which is too bad. This is the only fan made trailer I've seen so far that I could totally see being part of Tarantino and Rodriguez's GRINDHOUSE.

Which of the Trailer Park Boys are in this movie? I watched the whole clip and only saw one guy that resembled Bubbles, but half his face was covered by a bandanna. The trailer is great! Where can I see this movie? I noticed at the bottom of the credits it said something about Dartmouth. Is this strictly a Canadian deal?

I'm not sure it's good for the culture to have yet another hobosexual movie.

Regarding Trailer Park Boys involvement, the kingpin was played by Mike Jackson (Trevor from TPB); Sarah Dunsworth also shot some stuff but it had to be cut out; and Rob Cotterill, the assistant director of TPB was the cop (along with producing it). I myself played the screaming machete mugger, sadly, I have no TPB involvement, ha.
