Yeah, you read that right. And, yeah, it's a spy movie based on the series of yellow-covered instructional books. What are you thinking, John? I know you hit a bit of a dry patch after Windtalkers and Paycheck both tanked but are you trying to throw your career away? Spy Hunter, He Man and Espionage for Dummies. JOHN WOO HELMING MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE.
In October 2004 John Woo is set to direct and produce the live action version remake of
He-Man,based on Mattel's Masters of the Universe series for Fox 2000.In 1987 Dolph Lundgren starred as He-Man in the Cannon Films version of Masters of the Universe,it was a bad horrible movie.The new version will start fresh as the story focus on Prince Adam trasforming into He-Man with help from Battlecat and to stop the evil Skeletor.
the cast have been involved for He-Man is Jason Lewis star of Sex and the City and Jennifer Garner as She-Ra.Nicolas Cage will not play Skeletor in the project as his movies that he is working on is Ghost rider,Next and The Wicker Man.
He-Man will start in production as before the year ends.
